Shipping Policy

Processing — Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times — Estimated delivery times and any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Typical delivery is 5-12 business days depending on your location.

Regions — We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the other regions shown at checkout.

Customs and import duties — International orders may be subject to local customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless collected at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders — If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order is late, contact support@clarivite.com and we'll chase it with the carrier, and replace or refund orders confirmed lost in transit.
