We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return — Email support@clarivite.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within 2 business days.

Conditions — Please return items in their original packaging where possible. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, and we'll confirm by email. For faulty or incorrect items, original shipping costs are refunded too.

Damaged or faulty items — If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault within the guarantee period, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Late or missing refunds — If your refund hasn't arrived after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at support@clarivite.com and we'll investigate.

Your statutory rights — If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, plus statutory rights for faulty goods. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
